At BWT, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, please visit your BWT dealer to initiate the return/replacement of your unit if within the 30-day exchange/refund warranty.
If outside the exchange window, your dealer will either fix your robot or lead you to one of our Authorized Service Centers. Our Authorized Service Centers are equipped with the tools & kjnowledge to fix your BWT pool robot quickly.
